FHG wish to appoint a suitable trained and competent grounds maintenance contractor to work alongside us to maintain our properties and communal areas to the highest possible standard. The contractor must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service through their ability to communicate and deliver the service within the details contained in the associated tender documents.
We are looking to appoint a contractor on a two year contract, with the option of two single year extensions, if agreed.
