The Planning, Architecture and Regeneration Division (PARD) is producing a document to assist with the understanding of both the qualitative and quantitative aspects contributing to the success of the concept of 20 Minute Neighbourhoods, and show how policy and strategy alignment, investments and working to the Place Principle, together with the use of various tools and data, can lead to successful delivery.The work undertaken by the successful tenderer in this commission will involve preparing this document under the management of the PARD Project Manager.Further information is available in the attached documents.
