Wellbeing Hub Communication Consultant

Clackmannanshire Council seeks to engage with an individual to provide communications advice and support into the development of the Well-Being Hub and network of community sport and physical activity. This work would centre on creating and delivering an inspiring narrative as outlined below:Contribute to the development of the proposition for the well-being hub and network of community sport and physical activity.Create a clear and compelling narrative thatinspires Clackmannanshire residents, Council employees, suppliers, partners and other stakeholders andbuilds throughout the key stages of the project.Ensure the narrativepromotes the benefits of sport and physical activity in improving health and well-being and changing lives.emphasises the critical role of collaboration across providers of sport, physical activity and well-being services.highlights the unique features of the well-being hub and network of community sport and physical activityPosition the narrative effectively within the Council Be the Future strategy, Sport and Active Living Framework and other communications strategies.Develop content that brings the narrative to life and resonates with target audiences.Plan and deliver communications activity with project and communications colleagues to engage defined audiences and support agreed project deliverables.Leverage partner relationships in developing and amplifying communications.Develop and implement effective monitoring and reporting on the communications activity in consultation with project and communications colleagues.Work with project colleagues to ensure the overall success of the project.The key outputs for this contract will be:Help shape this Inspiring narrativeCompelling contentStakeholder engagementPartner deliverablesMonitoring successProject supportTimescale
