Fife Housing Group are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experience contractor to undertake the cleaning services to all of our communal blocks, stairs and stairwells. The contract is for an initial 2 year period but should we remain satisfied with performance we will issues for a further two years. Our expectation is to employ the contractor for 4 years (estimated contract value is for initial two year period - 90kGBP)
