Food Standards Scotland (FSS) wish to commission a technical report which details the information required to help food business operators (FBOs) utilise trend analysis to recognise when their systems may be going out of control. The final report will be adapted into guidance by FSS to provide a practical document which FBOs with limited technical knowledge can understand and implement.
