The Agricultural Policy Division in the Scottish Government wishes to commission a project to horizon scan and seek to identify new emerging technologies along with areas where there is potential for technological advances in agriculture in the coming years, and the opportunities these may present for Scotland to reduce agricultural emissions while continuing sustainable food production.
