Langstane Housing Association manages approximately 2,886 housing units across Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire and Moray. The Housing Association wishes to contract with electrical, joinery, plumbing and multi-trades contractors to provide reactive/ responsive repairs to property (including an out of hours service). This service supplements the Association's internal DLO service. The contract is for 2 years, with 2 one year extensions.
