Annually, FHG undertake a variety of inspections and repairs to our stock properties. Many of the inspections and repairs identify defects that are caused are identified as being caused by a form of render or roughcast issue. Our stock has a variety of construction type and a variety of build dates. As such, we require a pro-active specialist to undertake repairs and full property re-render services to meet our planned maintenance programme.
We are looking to appoint a specialist on a two year contract, with the option of two single year extensions, if agreed. As a guide, we anticipate spending 80-100k GBP per annum on these upgrade and replacement works.
