This is to support the local response to covid-19 especially in the rollout of local mass-testing. The contract is designed to start as soon as possible and run until the 31st March 2021. The work was proposed by the Chief Scientific Advisor for Environment, Natural Resources and Agriculture, and will be funded through RESAS – Rural and Environmental Science and Analytical Services. Background & Context2. Because of the Covid-19 outbreak biostatistical support is needed to integrate human testing data for SARS-COV-2 with wastewater data from SEPA. This is to inform local mass-testing. This is a short term requirement. Should there be a longer term project, this will be competitively tendered at the close of this contract.
