Cairn wishes to understand the energy efficiency potential of its stock, especially relating to meeting EESSH/EESSH2, the Scottish Government's overarching policy of carbon reduction and net zero, reducing or eliminating fuel poverty for our tenants and improving health outcomes. Cairn also wants ongoing services in relation to external funding opportunities with advice, application, monitoring and reporting of outcomes.
