description
The Scottish Police Authority (herein referred to as the SPA) have a requirement for management development to support the continuing delivery of the organisation change programme, including senior manager development, a focused culture survey as a follow-up to activity completed in 2019.The culture survey was carried out in 2019 as a baseline evaluation for management performance and a further targeted survey will be commissioned as part of this funding application as a measurement of the results of the development work carried out in the calendar year. This work is critical to the Forensic 2026 Programme which is now commencing. Assessing and understanding the readiness for change will help greatly in delivering the change programme work planned in 2020/21 through to 2026.
