APUC is seeking to invite Contractor(s) in a Dynamic Purchasing System which will be used to procure Laser equipment for Scotland’s Universities and Colleges, including any ancillary products and services such as consumables, accessories and maintenance Agreements.
There is no limit imposed on the number of suppliers that may join a Dynamic Purchasing System. The Dynamic Purchasing System will remain open to new applicants during its period of validity. The Authority will evaluate these contractors’ requests within 10 working days of receipt; this may be extended to 15 days if justified.
The setting up of the Dynamic Purchasing System involves the initial process to join the Dynamic Purchasing System i.e. application using PCS-T and completion of an ESPD.
The second stage will happen once the Dynamic Purchasing System is established and Institutions start awarding contracts to suppliers via mini competition exclusively.
