The Single Supplier appointed to this Framework Agreement (the Contractor) will have a firm understanding of the subject matter and policy environment, including the operation of waste services within Scottish Local Authorities, as well as knowledge, understanding and experience of the design, delivery and evaluation of training programmes for the resource management sector.
The Framework covers a range of potential support requirements, which the Contractor may be required to deliver as requested on a Call off basis.
