Fife Housing Association wishes to enter into a Measure Term Contract Agreement (MTCA) with 2 separate organisations/suppliers who are suitably qualified and experienced in the provision of Gas Services and Reactive Repairs and Ad-hoc Boiler and Full System Renewal for the Lot and Categories detailed below. The MTCA for Gas Services and Reactive Repairs and Ad-Hoc Boiler and Full System Renewal will be for a 3 year period with the option to extend for 2 x single 1 year periods solely at Fife Housing Association discretion.
