NHS Lothian requires to tender their service requirements for the inspection, testing, servicing, maintenance and repair for Fire, Security and Access systems. Within NHS Lothian Estates Department is responsible for the 24/7 planned and reactive maintenance of buildings, plant and equipment across approximately 150 properties including 6 main hospital sites. This tender is for maintenance of fire, intruder and CCTV Alarms across NHS Lothian covering Acute Hospitals, Community Hospitals, Health Centres and GP Surgeries. There a variety of systems in use across Lothian and this tender will be split into LOTS by geographical area Details of this equipment can be found in both the Asset List attached and the pricing schedule.
