The Scottish Government acting through Marine Scotland operates a fleet of three marine patrol vessels (MPV Hirta, MPV Jura and MPV Minna) and two marine research vessels (MRV Scotia and MRV Alba Na Mara). These vessels must be fully crewed to enable them to sail. The Scottish Government wish to set up a Framework Agreement for temporary crewing of our vessels.
