TfL 97185 - Board Effectiveness Review 2026

Transport for London (TfL) appointed an independent Board advisory provider to undertake the 2026 Board Effectiveness Review. The services include an objective assessment of the effectiveness of the TfL Board, its committees and panels, covering governance structures, Board composition, leadership, culture, decision-making processes, information flows and relationships between Board members and executive management.

The services include document review, benchmarking against comparable organisations and recognised good practice, a confidential online survey, stakeholder interviews, observation of Board and committee meetings, analysis and reporting. The supplier will provide findings and practical recommendations for improvement and present the final outcomes to the TfL Board.

The contract value is £49,850 excluding VAT.
