description
The contract is for a single supplier to act as the Principal Contractor and complete all works as follows:
| • | Stage 4 mechanical, electrical & civils design |
| • | Enabling works for new steam & condensate return connections located on EC1 steam distribution and WBH. |
| • | Supply and installation of steam and condensate equipment. |
| • | Supply and installation of new steam connection & condensate return including all required equipment and associated civil & steelworks. |
| • | Deliver a phased changeover of steam delivery from the WBH to the newly installed connection fed from EC1. |
| • | Decommission, removal and disposal of WBH and associated redundant equipment. |
| • | Disconnection and isolation of gas, compressed air and mains water. |
| • | Commissioning and handover including Project Information Folder (PIF) is provided to the client Project Manager |
