Provision of replacement Crane Gantry Cabs

The contract value published in the original UK6 Contract Award Notice was incorrect due to an administrative error. The correct contract value is £290,000 excluding VAT

2. The Contractor shall provide the following service to the Client for the duration of the service period:
2. Design of x3 replacement gantry crane operator cabs
2. Fabrication of x3 cabs once design approved
2. Replacement/installation of x3 cabs once fabricated
2. Commissioning of x3 cabs once installed.

Cab Specification:-

Construction of 3 mm steel plate.

Internally reinforced with steel profiles and lined with 0.7 mm galvanized, plastisol-coated steel plate on walls and ceiling.

250. mm raised floor for cable routing.

Steel plate floor covered with profiled rubber mat.

Walls and ceiling insulated with 45 mm mineral wool.

All windows made of 6 mm green tint toughened safety glass.

Surface treatment - C3H 180 μm:

Entrance door with full window made of 6mm toughened safety glass, green tint

Additional glass in side and rear made of 6mm toughened glass, green-tinted
