Correction to the previously published UK6 Contract Award Notice. The value of Lot 3 was inadvertently omitted from the total contract value. Total contract value has been corrected of Lots 1, 2 and 3 Lot 1: Mobile Plant Requirements (RRC Sites)

All mobile plants must be suitable for waste handling operations and include:

CCTV/reversing camera system with full visibility coverage.

Amber beacon, green seatbelt warning light, audible reverse alarm, reversing lights, and red seatbelts.

Automatic engine idle shutdown after 3 minutes with warning.

Air pre-cleaner and HEPA 0.3 micron (or better) cab filtration suitable for dusty and biohazard environments.

Windscreen protection cage with hinged access for cleaning.

Auto-lubrication system for inaccessible greasing points.

Speed restriction to 10mph maximum (or restricted gear selection).

Automatic onboard fire suppression system covering engine and bodywork.

12V cab power supply (or separate pricing if not standard).

Anti-theft protection.

Additional guarding for hydraulic hoses.

Designed for continuous outdoor operation in dusty, hot, humid, and adverse weather conditions.

LEL reserves the right to fit additional H&S equipment such as proximity sensors.

Material Handling Machines (5-6 units, equivalent to Liebherr LH18M):

Supplied with solid tyres.

Waste rehandling grab with 40mm wear edges.

Foot-pedal operated grab controls (specific configuration required).

Long-reach arms.

Machine stabilisers.

Raising cab.

Estimated use: 1,400 hours per year (+/-10%).

Lot 2: Planned Maintenance Requirements

Contractor for:

Servicing and planned maintenance.

Electrical upgrades.

Providing 14 days' notice for scheduled maintenance.

Supplying replacement machinery if equipment is unavailable for more than 24 hours.

Providing replacement machinery or transport arrangements if plant must be removed from site for repairs.

All wear and tear costs included within the contract.

Lot 3: Reactive Maintenance Requirements

Contractor for:

Tyres and tail blades.

Reactive maintenance service 7 days per week.

Engineer attendance within 90 minutes of fault notification.

Completing repairs during operational hours (08:30-16:30, Monday-Sunday).
