Residents Survey

Provision of a borough-wide residents' survey to collect, analyse and report on resident views, experiences and satisfaction with council services. The service includes survey design, sampling, fieldwork delivery, data analysis and reporting of findings.

The survey provides a representative evidence base to support service planning, performance monitoring, communications and strategic decision-making across the authority, including the ability to track trends and compare results over time.
