The London Borough of Harrow is inviting tenders for the re-procurement provision of a personalised regulated Care and Wellbeing service for Harrow citizens aged 55 and over with frailty, dementia, physical and/or sensory disabilities and/or mild or moderate learning disabilities and/or enduring mental health needs who have been assessed as meeting the National Eligibility Criteria (Care Act, 2014) and who are either ordinarily resident within the London Borough of Harrow or are the responsibility of Harrow London Borough Council (the 'Council') for supporting their social care needs and who live in the Extra Care Housing Scheme: Ewart House.

Ewart House is owned and operated by a local Housing Association and offers 47 units of extra care housing at affordable rent levels. The current contract to deliver care and wellbeing services at Ewart House will end on 31 March 2027
