The University of Staffordshire is seeking to engage with the supplier market in relation to a potential tender for the provision of Emergency Lighting Testing & Remedial/Installation works
Suppliers are invited to complete the questionnaire in Proactis to support the University in determining the route to market and specification for this requirement.
The University is intending to award a contract for the provision of Emergency Lighting Testing & Remedial/Installation works for a period of 3 years with an option to extend by 2 x 12 months covering 34 buildings (Full details will be included in the tender pack)
The supplier will be required to carry out:
Monthly testing within the first 2 weeks of each month
Annual Endurance Testing in December of each year within the first three weeks of the month
Remedial Repairs (Emergency Light Replacements only)
