description
The programme requirements:
-To be delivered in the next 12 months as part of our performance year
-Team size will require two facilitators – 13 Executive members to attend. They should be the same facilitators for the longevity of the programme
-To include individual exploratory meetings for perspective, reflection and personal ambitions to be discussed
-A programme outline, to be provided but an agenda that allows for exploratory findings to be included and part of the programme solution through co-creation
-Insights Discovery to be utilised as a team development tool
-Face to face delivery as a full team
-Materials designed and delivered to be owned by BFL for future use
-Clear programme objectives and deliverables
Implementation Plan:
The programme will be implemented over a period of 6 - 9 months, with the following phases:
- Assessment and Development Phase: Conducting initial assessments to establish baseline metrics and the development plan for each leader. Scoping and agreeing the bespoke elements. Working with internal Learning and Development team for feedback on module design to help enhance impact, organisational fit or how pre-work/content can be embedded into our Learning. An opportunity to ‘play-back’ findings to the executive team to help inform the content of the solution.
Management system. Each module to be signed off by BFL at least 2 weeks before delivery to
ensure the session fully meets the brief. Practicalities such as venues, overnight stays, invites can be sourced and managed by BFL, though also happy for prices/recommendations to be included by the provider.
- Delivery Phase: Rolling out the various components of the programme, with regular check-ins and progress reviews. We would also like providers to provide feedback on delegates in terms of engagement, behaviour and successes. Payment phasing to be agreed across the delivery of the programme.
- Evaluation Phase: Measuring the impact & ROI of the programme through follow-up assessments and feedback sessions (measures of success to be agreed).
