Provision of a comprehensive traffic management service for Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann 2027, including planning, development of a full Traffic Management Plan, statutory approvals support, signage and equipment supply, Hostile Vehicle Mitigation, access management, logistics hub operation, communications, staffing and 24/7 operational delivery. The service must be supplied as a fully managed, event‑specific solution, covering pre‑event build, rehearsals, the full event period and de‑rig, in line with the Specification and all legislative requirements.
