The Supplier shall deliver the following on behalf of EURO 2028 Delivery Partners:
- An indicative evaluation framework which could include a pictorial diagram but should detail the proposed structured approach to evaluation, as agreed with Delivery Partners through consultation.
- The agreed Scope of Services to be included in tender documentation which is issued as part of the procurement process for a tournament and legacy impact evaluation partner.
