London Legacy Development Corporation intends to establish the Inclusive Growth Framework, providing a flexible route to commission services that advance inclusive growth, equality, education, skills, employment, enterprise, community participation and evidence based decision making across Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, East London and the areas served by participating authorities. Lot 7: Sustainability Services
Suppliers appointed will be expected to provide sustainability support under the lens of the climate emergency response. These include services relating to the built environment; public realm; decarbonisation of our assets, transition to a 1.5 °C aligned future; risks and opportunities associated with climate adaptation and resilience; monitoring, reporting and accountability.

Under the scope of our strategic priorities, typical services may include:
- Undertaking research and feasibility assessments to support decision making processes and business cases.
- Working with LLDC, GLAP and fellow mayoral functional bodies to create or update existing guidance, toolkits and pro-formas.
- Undertaking Climate Risk and Materiality Assessments and developing Adaptation Action Plans.
- Developing project specific case studies within a defined scope of works.
- Developing a methodology and undertaking natural capital carbon sequestration calculations and feasibility assessments.
- Discussing and collaborating on documents and data reviewed or meetings attended throughout the project’s lifetime.
- Reviewing documents and data to understand progress towards 1.5 °C requirements, providing technical analysis on performance and propose opportunities and measures for improvement.
- Review data collected to provide technical analysis and emerging trends.
- Discussing and collaborating on documents and data reviewed or meetings attended throughout a project’s lifetime.
- Updating on progress throughout, to allow the sustainability team to use existing lines of communication with colleagues to update them on progress.
- Providing continuous discussion and support when required.
