HR Support Services

Supplier to provide support with the review and development of a HR Plan aligned to the SWS Strategic Review Process. Stages of work will align to HR Plan waves and will support strategic workforce plan development and the deployment of the NWS future state model. This will involve seeking engagement and building model options for approval and deployment planning, including organisational design planning and model support to meet future fit requirements, design principles and strategic needs which will align to the below Milestones, this agreement does not guarantee all milestones will be required and is indicative.
