The Bidder must be able to demonstrate that it can meet the following minimum specification in respect of the Tendered Opportunity:
Key Responsibilities:
| • | Managing the training framework, including identifying, vetting, and overseeing training providers. |
| • | Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and LLAO’s operational standards. |
| • | Administering contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and pricing structures with training providers. |
| • | Coordinating training schedules, bookings, cancellations, and substitutions. |
| • | Conducting performance reviews, audits, and reporting training effectiveness. |
| • | Acting as the primary liaison between LLAO and the training providers. |
