This Periodic Indicative Notice (PIN) is to advise potential suppliers of Security, Reception and Associated Services, that Transport for London are undertaking an Early Market Engagement (EME) exercise in relation to a procurement process for these services across various offices, depots & other buildings for:
- TfL Corporate
- London Underground
- London Overground
- Victoria Coach Station
- River Services
- RfLi (Elizabeth Line)
- TfL Commercial
and will Incorporate the following activities (all activities will not be required of all business units):
- Static Guarding
- Reception Services
- Security Mobile Patrols
- 'Lock and Unlock' Services
- CCTV download and evidence gathering services
- Temporary Provision of Security Equipment
- Ad-Hoc additional provision of Services
