The Association of North East Councils Limited Trading As the North East Procurement Organisation (NEPO) is establishing a multi-Supplier, multi-Lot Framework Agreement for the supply and delivery of road traffic management equipment and services.
The Framework Agreement offers Contracting Authorities access to Suppliers who can undertake the following activities:
- Set up, maintain and remove traffic management as specified by each works order, including provision of all signs and cones
- Temporary traffic signals
- Temporary lane closures
- Planned road closures
- Temporary road closure with fully signed diversionary route
- Mobile lane closures
- Provide 24hr emergency call out to any site that has traffic management in place
- Manufacture and supply of temporary works information boards
- Traffic Management Events
