Pre-market engagement for a Human Resources Information System REAch2 Academy Trust is exploring the market for a Human Resources Information System (HRIS) potentially to be used by all REAch2 Academies and the central organisation.
The HRIS must have:
Payroll or link to an established payroll system/bureau service Finance software or link to an established finance system Facility to manage LGPS and TPS
Trade Union facilities time Reporting
Gender pay gap reporting
Sickness absence reporting
Public sector equalities duty reporting
Single Central Record facility
REAch2 Academy Trust are looking for suppliers who: Have an established system active for 2+ years Already work in the education sector
