description
The Authority would like to undertake an evaluation of its Innovation Link (IL) service. The objectives of the evaluation are twofold:
- assess the impact of the IL, and
- develop monitoring and evaluation tools to enable the IL to measure its impact going forward.
The Authority believe that a combination of desk research and qualitative research would be an effective way to answer the research questions but are open to any methodology that fulfils the above-stated aims.
