This contract 1. To support senior Fund staff in
- (a)mobilising retained communications staff, and
- (b)unlocking its existing communications assets (content, stories and impact) to secure quick wins. These include external and internal activations.
- To re-set the communications function, informed by a new high-level (mid-term) communications strategy and themes. Functional objectives and design to be delivered in two steps, working with HR consultancy team in post.
