To maintain continuity, ensure system stability, and avoid unnecessary disruption to colleagues and candidates, the Fund requires continued access to an Applicant Tracking Management (ATM) system that provides the following core functionality as stated below. These features are essential for ensuring a compliant, inclusive, and efficient recruitment process across the organisation.
