description
The DAIC is seeking a provider (or group of providers) to provide a suitably experienced technical team to accelerate our Technical Enablers for AI line of effort. This "Accelerator" package of work will support the DAIC in delivering our immediate technical objectives at pace. In essence this work will provide an initial "Technology Office" for the DAIC, working to the DAIC Technical Head.
The supplier should provide technical expertise so that the DAIC is able to deliver enabling capability for AI. This expertise will support four goals:
- a)Identifying the required technical enabling capability, options, and approaches/designs, leading to the development of a Technical Enablers strategy and roadmap.
- b)Developing and managing requirements we will need to be prioritised and delivered by
the wider Defence Digital and Digital Foundry technology programmes.
- c)Iterative design, development and testing of initial enabling capabilities and processes, through prototyping to MVP/Alpha-level maturity. The key priorities within this work will include:
- a.Facilitating AI project deployment to different platform
environments;
- b.Supporting the availability of, and accessibility to, AI Ready
data; and;
- c.De-risking of AI model management and integration.
- d.Definition of, and knowledge transfer to, an enduring
technical enablers team
