| • | Customer vehicle type |
| • | The site most regularly visited |
| • | Frequency of site use |
| • | Preferred time of site use |
| • | Types of waste brought to site |
| • | Visiting / using the reuse area on site |
| • | Preferences for how transactions are carried out on site (tbc) |

This data will be collected by a contractor carrying out face-to-face market research through on-site surveys at all 26 Hampshire HWRCs.
The survey will also, on behalf of Surrey County Council, be conducted at two of their sites; Farnham and Camberley (post code data only). In addition in order to inform future work, on behalf of West Berkshire council, this survey may be carried out at one of their Household Recycling Centres (HRCs); Newtown Road (post code data only). This last requirement will be confirmed with the successful contractor.
