description
This contract award enables a provider to deliver ongoing AI capability support from the end of June, supporting the transition of the Home Office M365 Copilot program from pilot into Business-as-Usual (BAU). The program is a strategic initiative to uplift
digital capability through adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Agent Builder and Copilot Studio, equipping colleagues to use AI tools safely, responsibly and effectively. This work aligns with the Cabinet Secretary's "Make it better" mandate, promoting curiosity, continuous learning and the effective adoption of AI. AI is
recognised as a defining opportunity to transform how the Civil Service operates and delivers services, with early use already demonstrating improved productivity and outcomes. The service will support the Home Office's contribution to the cross-government ambition to scale AI adoption safely, build in-house capability, and embed sustainable, value-driven use of AI across the organisation.
