description

Highways England [Client] is looking to set up a contract for the provision of services to support the rapid advancement of our National Air Quality Barrier Programme. This work package scope is for the feasibility study of sites IA 221 and IA 242 making up Work Package 3 of the National Air Quality Barrier programme.

The Client intends to commission this work package in two phases. Phase 1 will cover the feasibility study for site IA 221 and phase 2 will cover feasibility study for site IA 242. Each phase will be awarded separately. Such phasing enables the Client to complete further air quality analysis to confirm the need for a barrier at site IA 242. Award of phase 2 will be conditional upon that analysis confirming that a barrier is required.
