description
Procured via the UKSBS Framework
DECC is looking for a contractor or contractors to undertake the management of DECC’s Public Attitudes Tracker, a quarterly survey of the UK population, that provides data on public perceptions and attitudes towards our key policy areas.
The research will involve a regular quantitative survey that tracks attitudes over time and by sub-groups of the population. The survey should run four times a year and consists of one longer annual survey and three shorter quarterly surveys, to account for seasonal trends. In proposing a suitable methodology, the contractor must address the full list of research questions and/or objectives outlined in section 3.
The contract will run to May 2017, with scope for a possible extension of one further year. There will however be a break clause in May 2016, DECC reserve the right to terminate the contract at this point dependent on the availability of continued funding for this work.
