In order to service the requirements of the SMEs, we have identified a requirement for a database of Cheshire and Warrington businesses. We wishe to procure a database which will provide as a minimum:

| • | Overview of the product / service the business supplies |
| • | CEO / Senior Decision Maker contact name |

| • | CEO / Senior Decision Maker email address |
The requirements are as follows:
| • | Provide a contacts database of SMEs in the Cheshire & Warrington area in suitable electronic format of business knowledge that can be accessed by Blue Orchid staff |

| • | Explain how the database has been complied and assurances of how comprehensive the coverage of the geographical area it is |
