This specification details the requirements to run a focused survey for the PHE Science Hub Programme in relation to the relocation of PHE services and functions to Harlow (Essex) and the impact on the Programme on Staff.
The Science Hub Programme requires a service provider to deliver the Core Survey Requirements set out in the specification, throughout the life of the programme which is expected to run until 2024 (although surveys may not be required up to this period).
Additional information: This contract was procured via a mini-competition under the UKSBS Market Research Framework Agreement, in collaboration with Crown Commercial Services.
