The Connected Partnership (Octavia Housing, Origin Housing & Shepherd's Bush Housing Group) Below OJEU Contractors Suppliers List

The Connected Partnership (comprising Octavia Housing, Origin Housing & Shepherd's Bush Housing Group) wish to establish a Contractors Preferred Supplier List to facilitate the delivery of its below-OJEU threshold new build and refurbishment schemes throughout its upcoming 4-year development programme, adding to its existing portfolio of 16,000 homes.

This Contractors Preferred Supplier List will include the following Lots:

Lot 1 - New Build £0 up to £2m

Lot 2 - New Build £2m up to £4.7m

Lot 3 - Refurbishment £0 up to £2m

Lot 4 - Refurbishment £2m up to £4.7m

Please note that potential suppliers can only apply to a maximum of 2 (two) Lots. Project schemes will not exceed c.£4.7m in value.

Connected focuses primarily on new build accommodation for private rent, private sale, intermediate, shared ownership and affordable rent through both Connected-led and Section 106 schemes. Connected also produce care schemes and some community, retail and commercial buildings. In addition, Connected delivers regeneration schemes.
