The Connected Partnership (Octavia Housing, Origin Housing & Shepherd's Bush Housing Group) Below OJEU Consultants Suppliers List (Principal Designers and Mechanical and Electrical Consultants)

The Connected Partnership (comprising Octavia Housing, Origin Housing & Shepherd's Bush Housing Group) wish to establish a below-OJEU threshold Consultants Preferred Supplier List to provide construction consultancy services during their 4-year development programme.

This Consultants Preferred Supplier List will include the following disciplines only and will facilitate the delivery of Connected's new build and refurbishment schemes over the next 4 years:

Lot 1 - Principal Designers

Lot 2 - Mechanical & Electrical Consultants

Please note that potential suppliers can apply to both Lots. Consultancy services will not exceed c.£189k per annum.

Connected focuses primarily on new build accommodation for private rent, private sale, intermediate, shared ownership and affordable rent through both Connected-led and Section 106 schemes. Connected also produce care schemes and some community, retail and commercial buildings. In addition, Connected delivers regeneration schemes.
