To analyse the Child Safeguarding Practice Review Panel's (the Panel) current ways of working and methods of interacting with the child safeguarding sector and then develop and set out recommendations on:
- Changes to the Panel's ways of working to improve its effectiveness and develop ways to assess impact on child safeguarding practice.
- How the Panel can improve how it interacts with the child safeguarding sector so a constructive learning dialogue is developed and maximum impact on practice achieved.
