The overall objective of the task is to prepare a microsimulation model of M5 Junction 21 and the surrounding local network. The model will form a robust foundation for the development of future year models that will be used to assess the operation of the network. The base model will be calibrated and validated according to the standards set out in WEBTAG and DMRB.
