description
Over the next few years TfL will be one of London's biggest property developers and owners. A strong customer emphasis will be at the heart of TfL's offering and it is therefore vital to have a better understanding of the attitudes and levels of satisfaction amongst both current and future potential customers.
To that end TfL intend to commission three pieces of work as a result of this tender (to be awarded to a single supplier) related to improving their customer insight:
- A.A customer segmentation analysis of TfL's arch portfolio and its development site at Kidbrooke.
- B.Setting up of an external customer governance group for the arch portfolio. The successful consultant will assist in setting up the governance and processes of the group and manage the 1st event as invigilator.
- C.Conducting a review of how TfL Property Management currently deliver insights in-house and then submitting a recommendation report outlining the structure and delivery model for an in-house team for delivering those insights.
If you are interested in bidding for this opportunity please submit an expression of interest via our tendering portal (https://procontract.due-north.com/Opportunities/Index?tabName=opportunities&resetFilter=True.) and you will be sent a link to download the tender once it has been issued (expected to be in early March). Please note: TfL will carry out financial checks on bidders and reserve the right to exclude any companies that, in the sole determination of TfL, are unable to demonstrate sufficient financial strength to fulfil the requirements of this contract. Please note that the deadline to submit an Expression of Interest for this opportunity is 5pm on 3rd March 2021.
