description
Tenders are sought from organisations able to provide expert advisory support to a national programme designed to improve data and cyber security across the adult social care provider sector. The programme will include collaborative work with both adult social care providers and commissioners.
The work will build on a successful discovery programme completed during 2018/19 which explored questions including (i) How digital the adult social care provider sector is; (ii) Good practice; and (iii) The extent of data and cyber security risks in the sector.
During 2019/20 the successful bidder will: (i) Provide expert advice and practical support to between 10 and 15 local projects, each of which will explore data and cyber security with a group of 10 - 12 adult social care providers; (ii) Evaluate and report on the success of those local projects; (iii) Evaluate and report on the success of a small grants programme; (iv) Keep the Programme Board updated on progress throughout the programme and provide a comprehensive final report.
The successful bidder will be awarded a contract for activity during the period September 2019 to March 2020. However, subject to review, the contract may be extended on similar terms to cover additional activity during all or part of the period April 2020 to March 2021.
To apply, please send an email requesting further details to cyberproject@rnha.co.uk
