description
Better Security, Better Care (BSBC) is a national programme to improve data and cyber security in the Adult Social Care provider sector. The BSBC programme supports the adult social care sector with resources and assistance to help care providers complete the Data Security & Protection Toolkit (DSPT).
The adoption of digital ways of working is becoming increasingly important within the adult social care sector, to ensure quality of care and alignment with healthcare. The aim of this project is to build the case for investment in technology within the adult social care sector, with a particular focus on helping small to medium size care providers on their digital adoption journey. This project will conduct analysis on the business case and potential return on investment of increased adoption of digital ways of working for care providers. The business case should start from investment in core infrastructure, data protection and cyber security, through to implementation of the technology.
