Please note; updates to this process will be provided via this notice as and when available.
The Authorities will be looking to appoint a new framework with up to 4 lots covering different value bands, to contractors for Design and Build Services that will be used to deliver Works for a range of construction projects primarily across Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire.
It is planned that a supplier interaction day will be held in May/June 2016 in Cambridgeshire to help gauge how this framework will be structured.
This Framework will be open to all of LGSS including:
Partners and other organisations delegating services and/or functions to LGSS (currently Cambridgeshire County Council, Northamptonshire County Council, Milton Keynes Council, Norwich City Authority and Northampton Borough Council) who participate in LGSS' shared services venture;
New LGSS customers seeking to utilise LGSS frameworks on an independent third party basis.
- (i)Any city, district, borough or other local authority within the counties of any LGSS partner authority (currently Cambridgeshire County and Northamptonshire County) including Northamptonshire Partnership Homes;
- (ii)Any companies or organisations set up by participants in LGSS;
- (iii)Any school, academy, university or other educational establishment within the counties of any LGSS partner authority (currently Cambridgeshire County and Northamptonshire County); and
- (iv)Members of the local authority purchasing group, Central Buying Consortium (CBC).
